- The program uses 123 3.0 or better with at least 1 meg and needs WYSIWYG
- addin which comes with the program available. The program will calculate
- the future price of an option as a function of the stock price. It will also
- calculate what the probability the stock will be at least a specified amount
- at the time the option expires. If you put in data on existing options to
- include the option price the program will calculate the implied volatility
- of the underlying stock, identify the option that has the highest probability
- of making a profit and also the best combination for a spread or a straddle.
-
- Options evaluator is intended to be used by experienced investors
- to screen possible option positions. Any selections recommended by
- the model should be manually reevaluated by the investor before a
- trade is executed. The model is just that, a model that roughly
- approximates what might actually happen in the real world.
- Although attempts were made to be sure the calculations are error
- free, the number of calculations and possible combinations make it
- impossible to guarantee that the model is error free. Therefore
- any investor should be aware of any risk he is assuming. The
- developer of the program assumes no liability for damages,
- incidental or consequential, arising from the use of this program.
- By using this program, the investor acknowledges that he is
- accepting these conditions of use.
